Caramelized Teppanyaki Salmon
This is one of those recipes whose names make your mouth water. When it's perfect, the dish itself is a wonderful choice. In this recipe, something needs to be done to make it perfect.
First, you will need Salmon - obviously! Try to make sure it's fresh, because it will make your food taste moist. Cut off part of the salmon from the middle and set aside.
Next, you need to bring a bowl for seasoning. You will need brown sugar, salt, your choice of herbs and black pepper. Put all of these in a bowl and mix well.
Now dip the salmon fillet in this mixture. Make sure the salmon fillet is fully immersed in the fillet. This is because teppanyaki grill can provide powerful heat in a short time - a lack of batter can burn your fillet.
After covering the fish fillet in the mixture, prepare to place it on the teppanyaki grill. Make sure your teppanyaki grill is clean, because any other taste in the previous cooking process can seriously hinder the taste of salmon.
Sprinkle some oil on the grill, a little bit will solve it. You can also spread some butter, but this is optional. Now, this barbecue part sounds simple, but let me remind you that you don't use a regular barbecue. Teppanyaki grilling requires extra care. Do not leave the fillets unattended on the grill, or they may be damaged. Wait for salmon to glow orange on both sides - salmon slices are ready.
It is recommended that you prepare before the salmon, because the teppanyaki caramelized salmon just coming out of the grill will double. For the side, preferably vegetables, caramel onions will add to the mix.
