Ingredients


1 tbsp mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
1 teaspoon Japanese soy sauce
1 / 2 teaspoon liquid seasoning (Meiji)
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 1 / 2 tbsp butter
1 medium white onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 medium-sized green pepper cored and sliced
1 medium sized carrot peeled and sliced
1 cups of sugar
12 giant prawns have tails on their shells
Wash 4 medium sized squid (pusit), remove the tentacles and cut into circles
Salt seasoning
5 cups steamed Japanese rice
400g steak cut into large strips

 

EBI chili sauce (or you can buy chili sauce at the store, but it's more delicious!)

1 inch ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 onion with white part (and you can top the green part)
2 tsp bean paste (chili sauce)
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 chicken soup
1 tbsp sake
1 1 / 5 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil (roasted)
2 tablespoons of water
1 tbsp corn starch

 

Instructions

 

Grilled steak with Teppanyaki

1. Heat a small amount of oil on the teppanyaki plate (or in a small frying pan). Stir fry bell pepper, carrot and sugar until tender, about 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; set aside.

2. Add 1 / 2 tbsp of oil to the plate with medium and high temperature. Melt 2 tbsp butter. Stir fry the onion until translucent. Add garlic; stir fry until fragrant. Lower the heat to medium, then add the steak.

3. Roast the steak until it reaches the desired color (rare, medium, well done).

 

Make the seafood teppanyaki

1. When grilling bell pepper in the previous section, mix the millilin, soy sauce and liquid seasoning in a bowl, and then add the shrimp and squid rings to the mixture.

2. Turn up the heat. Add the mixture of shrimp and squid to the plate. Cook until the shrimp turns pink and the squid turns white. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Ebi chili sauce

Stir all ingredients until all paste and ketchup are dissolved in the mixture. If the sauce thickens, add some water.

 

Make up the plates

Divide the rice into four bowls. Top with seafood teppanyaki and add steak beside it. If necessary, garnish with shallots and season separately.
