Teppanyaki Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Potato Sauce, Shrimp Paste

The following introduces the practice of teppanyaki sauce, BBQ sauce, potato sauce, shrimp paste

 

BBQ Sauce

Material:

a. Rice wine 1200g, honey 300g, dark soy sauce 2400g.

b. 300 grams of roasted garlic.

c. 8 grams of rosemary, 8 grams of Hungarian red pepper powder, 8 grams of Oregon, 2 cloves, 8 grams of Italian spices, 3 roasted bay leaves, and 8 grams of Mexican red pepper powder.

d. 10 grams of black pepper powder, 150 grams of Merlin soy sauce, 100 grams of Meiji soy sauce, and 85 grams of BB hot sauce.

e. 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 125 grams of rock sugar and 10 grams of white sugar.

f. 1 bottle of red wine.

Practice:

1. Take the pot and add rice wine. After the surface is ignited to burn off the alcohol, add honey. Do not stir it too much or it will become bitter and set aside for use.

2. Soy sauce is added to materials b, c, and d and cooked for about 30 minutes. Add materials a and e to cook for about 10 minutes and mix well. Add material f before starting the pot, turn off the heat and let it cool.

Note: The secondary soy sauce can be used for frying steak, and can be used as a marinade for home-made barbecue.

 

Potato Sauce

Material:

a. Onion 250 grams, chicken bone 600 grams, chicken breast 350 grams, water 4000 grams.

b. 250 grams of peeled potato chips and 4 yellow cheese chips.

c. 1 teaspoon of chicken essence and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Practice:

1. Put material a into the pot, boil for two or three hours on low heat, and about 2000 grams of broth remains after filtering.

2. Add potatoes and cook until soft.

3. After cooling slightly, pour it into a blender to beat it. Add cheese slices to mix while stirring and season with chicken essence and salt in the pot.

Note: Yellow cheese slices are important seasonings that can enhance the aroma of potatoes.

 

Shrimp Paste

Material:

30 grams of yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 10 grams of white pepper, 40 grams of honey, 50 grams of soy sauce, and 300 grams of mayonnaise.

Practice:

Mix yellow mustard, mustard, white pepper, honey and soy sauce first, then add mayonnaise and mix well.
