21. Is there a 240V Cookeryaki teppanyaki table?
Yes. Just make sure to state it when ordering, as they are not in US stock.
22. Can I operate Cookeryaki teppanyaki table in my motorhome?
Yes, you can, as long as your connection or load generator produces the required energy.

The table has three independent boxes (top, bracket, feet and threaded rods fixed together). Assembly time is less than 5 minutes; no tools are required. Portable and built-in teppanyaki grill cooktop equipment shipment; tables and double/triple stove Cookeryaki need truck transportation.
24. How long is the warranty period of the Cookeryaki teppanyaki grill ?
The overall limited warranty period is 3 years, and the manufacturer's warranty period for all electrical and electronic components is 1 year.
25. What if there is a problem during the warranty period?
We either send a technician out or recall the teppanyaki table for sale, inspect and determine what went wrong. If it is within the warranty period, the device will be repaired free of charge, or simply replaced with a new one.
26. Why doesn't my kitchen infrared/laser thermometer show the maximum temperature?
These devices depend on the emissivity of the material, so reflective surfaces like stainless steel or copper will definitely produce erroneous temperature readings. Caution is strongly recommended. The thermometer may read the ambient temperature from the reflection, even if the surface is actually hot enough to burn your skin immediately. The darker and darker the surface, the more accurate the temperature reading, such as a frying pan coated with Teflon.
27. Can I use an extension cord?
Yes, but every 120V 1800 watt burner must use a UL approved 20 amp power cord. Note: Using very long extensions may cause some power loss, so the grill may not heat up quickly or reach the maximum temperature.
