Ingredients
Trimmed 4 pieces of pork tenderloin (or you can use thin pork chop)
3/4 glass of red wine
1 cup mushroom slices
2 inch ginger chopped
2 cloves chopped garlic
24 shrimps
6 oz bag spinach
Fried sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
3 / 4 cup orange juice, best fresh pressed
Instructions
1. Put corn starch, soy sauce and orange juice in a mixing bowl, mix well, then place for later use.
2. Preheat the pork tenderloin in the sizzling belt. Set the heat level to 3. When the yellow light goes out, set the temperature to 7, then place the pork tenderloin in the cooking center and fry until it turns light brown. Turn the sides over and fry them in light brown.
3. Reduce the temperature by one notch (6), then cook the pork tenderloin for another 2-3 minutes. Turn over and cook until you reach the desired medium level.
4. Heat 1 tbsp garlic and mushrooms. Oil, cook for 2-3 minutes until brown. Slide the mushrooms toward the heated area of the grill.
5. 1 tbsp chopped ginger for 2-3 minutes. Oil.
6. This time add the shrimp and reduce the temperature to 5, then cook quickly for about 2 minutes. Push the shrimp into the heating zone again.
7. Check whether the pork tenderloin is cooked according to the degree of maturity. If not, return to the cooking center and cook until golden or brown. Push the meat back into the heat.
8. Finally, toss the spinach in batches to the cooking center and use one or two scrapers to dry it until it is cooked, which takes about 3-4 minutes. Also throw shrimp and mushrooms! Then add the orange juice mixture and pour it slowly over the mixture. You can add wine or sherry, and then stir the food until the seasoning thickens.
9. Turn off grilling and serve.
Notes
You can eat it with eggs, I also like to add some lettuce, and mix shrimp, mushroom and orange juice almost as seasoning.
Note: if you think the orange juice mix is not enough, you can use salt, pepper or other soy sauce as an alternative.
