Japanese Teppanyaki Table | “Boozy” Grilled Fresh Aromatic Peaches
• fresh peaches, cut in half, remove stones
• deep brown sugar
• moshan walnuts
• half of the pecan nuts

It's one of those dishes that looks beautiful, smells good, and tastes holy! You can change the fruit, prepare the pecans first for a higher quality candied fruit, or even cook some bacon first and then reuse some of the extract to add flavor.
Place the cut peaches upside down on a plate. Sprinkle half of each peach with dark brown sugar and chopped walnuts. Meanwhile, preheat the teppan table for sale to level 5. When the orange light is off, switch japanese teppanyaki table to # 7-8.
Melt a piece or two of butter in the center, spread with a spatula, and cover the gas teppanyaki heated cooking area evenly. Place the peach halves side down over the buttered cooking area.
If needed (or wanted), add another butter or two to keep the peaches from burning. It also adds a lot of extra flavor. After setting the first peach down for about 4 minutes, begin to turn them over. This is enough time for them to start Browning without being mushy medium-sized fruits.
Once all the peaches are flipped, you want to leave room in the center for two halves of the caramel pecan. Add two more drops of butter and half of the pecans. Invert the pecans in the melted butter to coat properly. We recommend turning off the temperature at this time. Then add a few tablespoons of brown sugar to the pecans and toss them in so they get a nice caramel coating.
Then, place two halves of the pecans on top of the peaches. Here, we've also added some cherries and blueberries. Optional, absolutely delicious. Savor our favorite rum and veggies and you're done! You can also add light balsamic vinegar if desired.
