Teppanyaki cooking table | Teppanyaki French Toast

The daydream of a brunch holiday with loved ones brings us to Teppanyaki grilled French toast. This recipe is inspired by Smitten Kitchen's Creme Brule French toast and our own Cookeryaki Teppanyaki table price.

We used lovely bread loaves from the local bakery, cut 1.5 inches thick. Since cooking on the surface of a Teppanyaki cooking table is different from baking in an oven, we only soak it for 10 minutes on each side to keep the bread firm while still allowing the liquid to soak well. After soaking, we cut some bananas and star fruit, and add blueberries and pomegranate seeds as the filling.

After preheating our Cookeryaki Teppanyaki table at 5 ° c, we raised the temperature to 7.5 *. Our homemade ghee flaps well, melts and dissolves, and then it's time to put these delicious babies in the hot cooking center! After soaking them for a short time, they still hold up well and sit on the cooking surface. We let one side cook for 4 minutes while adding a little ghee.

We put a little bit of dryness on the flipped slice to add a little bit of kick. Cook on this side for another 4 minutes, about 30-60 seconds, Browning the edges.

Look! Beautiful and delicious French toast, ready to adorn your heart's desire. We served pomegranate seeds, blueberries, star fruit and bananas. Please enjoy!
