Equipment
Teppanyaki plate (optional)
Wok
Skillet
Ingredients
2 1 / 2 cup short grain rice
3 glasses of water
Salt adds flavor
4 eggs
Pepper adds flavor
2 tbsp double low rapeseed oil or other vegetable oil is OK, but double low rapeseed has the least flavor, that's what you want
1 1 / 2 tbsp butter
1 diced carrot
1 diced onion
1 cup beef strips (optional), suitable for meat lovers
Vegetarian 1 cup diced tofu (optional)
1 whole bagpipe
1 cup soybean
1 / 2 cup white wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
1. Wash rice twice with tap water.
2. You can cook rice in water or use electric cooker. Drain rice and rinse with hot water.
3. Break the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread the eggs in a heated pot (if any, it can also be directly put on a Teppanyaki plate), then spread butter on it, and then scribble eggs on the cooking surface (this is the Japanese way).
5. Before cooking, heat the pan to a high temperature. Depending on the heat source to be used, remember to use high heat.
6. Sprinkle carrots, fry onions and add oil to the surface of the grill, then sprinkle them evenly in the pan.
7. Wait until the onion turns golden, then add bell pepper and green beans, then peas, corn or other vegetables you like. To add some health to fried rice, consider mixing mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, pumpkin with spinach or any other leafy vegetable.
8. Now boil the rice, add the rice to the cooked vegetables, and mix the vegetables and rice evenly. Maintain a high or moderate temperature.
9. When the bowl is full, you can finish with some fresh cut onions.
10. Eat while hot. When reheating leftovers, you can use an iron pan or pan instead of a microwave oven.
