Teppanyaki Bbq Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients:
1 season cabbage
• 2 carrots
1 zucchini
4 onion
1 red pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar or 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp millilin or 2 tsp dry sherry
Cooking Direction:
1. Peel the carrot.
2. Peel the onion, but only remove the outside onion and its end.
3. Chop the pepper and take out the seeds.
4. Cut off both ends of zucchini.
5. French cut vegetables.
6. Open the frying pan with iron plate, heat it to high temperature and sprinkle some vegetable oil on it.

Teppanyaki (Mixed Barbecue) Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, crushed
60 ml Japanese soy sauce

4 fresh mushrooms
• 1 medium sized yellow onion, sliced (150g)
• chopped 50g peas
• 1 medium red pepper, seeded, chopped (200g)
• 4 chopped shallots
For the Dipping Sauce:
125 ml Japanese soy sauce
• 1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground fresh ginger
1 / 2 teaspoon sesame oil
Cooking Direction:
1. Peel the shrimp and remove the blood vessels with degreaser. In a medium bowl, mix the sauce with pepper and garlic, then add beef, chicken and prawns. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
