1. Tinder is not lit

Solution: Remove the air in the tube and then replace the battery in the igniter to remove the trash in the tube. Replace with a new ignition switch, replace the ignition wire. If there is no damage, adjust the distance of the thermocouple and try to ignite.

2. Small fire

Failure analysis: Whether the gas valve is opened to the maximum, the gas source and air pressure do not meet the settings of this teppanyaki grill table or the air door of the furnace head is not adjusted to the best state, the oxygen is not enough, the equipment is too sealed, etc.

Solution: Open the gas valve to the maximum position, replace the gas source or replace the furnace head that matches the gas source, and then adjust the air door to adjust the pressure of the gas source.

3. The switch gas valve has abnormal sound

Failure analysis: tempering phenomenon, the furnace head damper is not adjusted to the maximum, the pressure of the gas source is too large or too small.

Solution: Just adjust the damper and adjust the air pressure.

4. Odor occurs during work

Failure analysis: The furnace head damper is not adjusted to the best, resulting in insufficient combustion, and the possibility of gas pipeline leakage is greater.

Solution: Adjust the damper, close the equipment, check the gas pipeline for leaks, and remember to replace it.

5. The fan does not rotate

Failure analysis: poor fan switch, contactor failure or fan failure. This is the problem of power failure

Solution: Try to replace the fan switch. If the fan can't turn, then the contactor should be replaced. After eliminating these two reasons. Then you can consider replacing the fan at this time, it is best to check the power supply. It will not mistakenly judge that the fan has been replaced.

6. Poor suction effect (small air volume)

Failure analysis: The fan is reversed, the opening of the air valve is too small 4 or there is a foreign object in the pipeline.

Solution: Change the phase of the power supply, adjust the air valve to remove foreign objects and oil stains in the pipeline. Keep the pipeline unobstructed.

7. The fan has vibration or abnormal noise

Failure analysis: There is a foreign object in the fan causing the sound, the pipe is old and worn, there are loopholes, or the screw fixed by the fan is loose.

Solution: remove the debris in the fan, the dead bodies of small insects, etc., check the pipeline for loopholes, you must replace it immediately, lock the fan fixing screw when replacing the pipeline,

8. Great fume

Failure analysis: The electrode plate of the fume purifier is too dirty, which affects the analysis of the fume, resulting in the failure to remove the fume. It is necessary to pay attention to check whether the control module of the fume purifier is faulty, resulting in a bad switch.

Solution: Clean the electrode plate regularly, replace the purifier control module, check the switch on and replace the switch in time.
