Lightly Fried Japanese Vegetable Teppanyaki
Vegetable Teppanyaki includes a mixture of various vegetables prepared in Teppanyaki. These vegetables may be bean sprouts, cabbage, mushrooms, beans, zucchini, peppers and carrots.
This dish is usually served with fresh steamed rice and meat prepared in the same Teppan.
The cooking containers that you use in cooking vegetables teppanyaki will play a major role in the results.

Ingredients
1/4 cabbage
1 squash sliced
2 carrot shreds
1 cup chopped green onion
1 small white onion
1 small red pepper (pepper) cut into thin slices
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Salt seasoning
1 teaspoon sesame baking
Instructions
1. Heat the teppan / frying pan to high temperature.
2. Add sesame seeds, and wait until near the smoke point before adding vegetables. Place it in a teppan or wok until one side turns brown, then remove it from the plate and set it aside.
3. Create a light mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar and rice forest, and sprinkle it on the vegetables. Stir the vegetables to produce some water. Cook the vegetables for 2 minutes while making sure they are still crispy.
4. Season with salt and serve with roasted sesame.
5. Serve with cooked or fried rice or side dishes.
Vegetable teppanyaki is especially suitable for outdoor barbecue. When cooking indoors, please use a heavy iron frying pan or frying pan with high heating capacity for the best effect.
This recipe can offer up to four supplementary methods, preferably with Braised Tofu (or with meat if you don't want to be vegetarian) and rice.
