Hibachi Chicken | Hibachi Grill | Hibachi and Teppanyaki

Japanese-style Hibachi chicken made with fried vegetables, put on rice and sprinkled with delicious sauce! A relaxing weekend dinner that will make you feel like you are eating out!

Asian food represents my soul. Especially simple stir-fry recipes, which have a variety of flavors and vegetables, such as Japanese-style Hibachi chicken, Kung Pao chicken, or my favorite Asian lean chicken!

If you have ever been to Hibachi restaurant, you know that you are going to have dinner as well as a show! The first time I went to was with my family when I was a teenager, and now this is a fun date night restaurant that we like to go to several times a year.

If you are not familiar with Japanese-Hibachi bacon or teppanyaki, imagine sitting next to a large, hot Hibachi grill with the chef standing in the middle, making a dinner of meat or seafood, fresh vegetables, and rice. When he was cooking, he used food and knives to entertain the table and joked. This is fun and the food is delicious!

Generally, Japanese-style Hibachi and teppanyaki can be used interchangeably, but traditionally, Japanese-style Hibachi is cooked on a barbecue grill with charcoal or gas flame, while teppanyaki is cooked on a solid grill surface. System.

No Special Equipment:

Hibachi literally means "fire bowl" and refers to the method of cooking food with very high heat (sometimes in a large ceramic bowl, usually on a large flat grill). However, to make this simple Hibachi chicken recipe at home, all you need is a large frying pan or frying pan!

How to make Hibachi chicken (summary):

• Boil chicken. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a large saucepan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cook for one minute. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and garlic, and fry until cooked through. Move to a plate and cover with foil.

• Cooking vegetables. In the same pot, heat half of the oil to make vegetables. Add half of the vegetables. Cook on high heat for 1 minute. Add 1/2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt and pepper. Don't overcook until the fork is tender. Set aside and repeat the above steps with the remaining vegetables.

• Put on the rice. Put the chicken and vegetables on the rice and dip them in the sauce.

Perfect for preparing meals!

This is a great dinner preparation! You can double or triple the recipe and save the leftovers for lunch or dinner for the week. I like to separate the Hibachi chicken and vegetables, rice and stir-fry in these containers.
